White Ladies Priory

The remains of White Ladies Priory are located on the Staffordshire/Shropshire border, just north of Albrighton and the M54 near Junction 3, and only a couple of miles south of Boscobel House, both of which are English Heritage sites. Although not the most exciting of ruins in terms of photography it is in an extremely tranquil location, about 150 yards down a footpath off a country lane. Buzzards can be seen overhead and we also spotted one flying low along the footpath adjacent to the lane. Whilst shooting, we were amused to see a constantly growing molehill adjacent to the priory wall. We hoped to catch a glimpse of the mole but he managed to remain out of sight!
